A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize the use of health maintenance organizations in providing health care.

Allows the Secretary of Defense, after consulting with the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, to contract with health maintenance organizations in order to provide medical care for spouses and children of members of the Armed Forces, and after specified members, former members, and dependents.
