Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to purchase property located within the San Carlos Mineral Strip, taking title to such property in the name of the United States in trust for the San Carlos Apache Indian Tribe.
Authorizes an appropriation of $3,000,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act. Limits the amount of compensation which any person may receive under this Act to $300,000.
