A bill to amend the International Economic Policy Act of 1972.

Eliminates, under the International Economic Policy Act, the President from membership on the Council on International Economic Policy. Directs the President to designate the Chairman from among the Council members.

Repeals the provision setting the expiration date of the Act. Broadens the authorization of appropriations to include such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of the Act.
