A bill to provide a mandatory retirement age for, and to limit the number of terms which may be served by, Senators and Representatives.

Provides for a mandatory retirement age for, and a limit of 24 years service to the number of terms which may be served, by Senators and Representatives of the Congress of the United States. Provides that no person who attained to the age of seventy years shall assume office as a Senator or Representative.
