A bill to authorize the establishment of the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in the State of Georgia, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to establish the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area in the State of Georgia.

Authorizes $40,000,000 to be appropriated for the acquisition of lands and waters, and $22,000,000 to be appropriated for the development of the recreation area.
