A bill to impose import limitations on prepared or preserved strawberries and paste and pulp of strawberries.

Provides that the aggregate quantity of prepared or preserved strawberries which may be imported into the United States in calendar year 1973 or in any subsequent calendar year shall not exceed 20 percent of the average annual consumption of strawberries during the five calendar years immediately preceding such calendar year.

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to implement the administrative provisions of this Act.
