Permits the Secretary of the Interior to transfer, without a reversion, lands outside the California Redwood Park to the State of California if such lands are exchanged for lands of equal or greater value inside the park, if lands transferred to the State are used exclusively for park purposes, and if the deed of conveyance of the lands conveyed by the State provides that the lands shall not be subjected to commercial timber cutting, unless approved by the Secretary.
