Provides for a study of a proposed Southern Appalachian Slope National Recreation Area on the southern slope of the Appalachian highlands in areas of the States of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Authorizes to be appropriated $100,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
