A bill to amend chapter 44 of title 18 of the United States Code (respecting firearms) to penalize the use of firearms in the commission of any felony and to increase the penalties in certain related existing provisions.

Prescribes penalties for the use of firearms in the Commission of any felony and increases the punishment provided for the commission of such felony by a term of imprisonment of not less than 5 years, nor more than 10 years.

Prohibits the reduction of sentences and concurrent running of terms of imprisonment. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 924 (c))
