A bill to provide authorizations for appropriations for the Federal Aviation Administration for fiscal year 1974, 1975, and 1976.

Provides that amount appropriated to carry out the functions, powers, and duties of the Federal Aviation Administration shall not exceed $1,728,100,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1974, $1,900,910,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1975, and $2,100,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976.

Provides that for fiscal years ending after June 30, 1976, there may be appropriated such sums as the Congress hereafter authorizes by law.
