A bill to amend the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act of 1964 as amended, with respect to the settlement of claims against the United States by civilian officers and employees for damage to, or loss of, personal property incident to their service.
Increases the maximum amount receivable to $15,000 for the settlement of claims against the United States by military personnel and civilian employees for damage to, or loss of, personal property incident to their service, under the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act of 1964.
