A bill to provide for annual adjustments in monthly monetary benefits administered by the Veterans' Administration according to changes in the Consumer Price Index.

Requires the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to annually increase or decrease, in an amount equal to the percentage by which the bureau of labor statistics consumer price index increased or decreased since rates were last changed, the monthly rates of the following veterans' benefits: compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation, pensions, subsistence allowance, educational assistance allowances, and special training allowances.
