Authorizes imprisonment for not less than ten years or for life for persons convicted or illegally dealing in dangerous narcotic drugs in schedule I or II of the Controlled Substances Act.
Prohibits parole until the person sentenced has served at least one-half of the term of imprisonment, or in the case of a sentence of life imprisonment, at least 20 years of such sentence.
