A bill to provide that certain changes in the loan and purchase program for the 1973 peanut crop which the Department of Agriculture is contemplating shall not be made.

Prohibits changes in the loan and purchase program for the 1973 peanut crop from that of the 1972 crop by the Department of Agriculture which would result in eliminating the sheller purchase program or making peanuts with visible aflatoxin content ineligible for full price supports.
