A bill to provide increases in certain annuities payable under chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code, and for other purposes.

Provides for general increases in the computation of annuities under the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund. Entitles an annuitant to an annuity that is not less than the smallest primary insurance amount authorized to be paid under title II (Old-Age, Survivors', Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act.
