Exempts citizens of the United States who are sixty-five years of age or older from paying entrance or admission fees into recreational areas under the supervision of the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife, the Bureau of Reclamation, the Forest Service, the Corps of Engineers, the Tennessee Valley Authority, or the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission.
