A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, to provide that the designation of payments to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund be made on the front page of the taxpayer's income tax return form, and for other purposes.

Provides, under the Internal Revenue Code, that the designation of payments to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund shall be made on the front page of the taxpayer's income tax return form.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to give extensive publicity to the Presidential Election Campaign Fund from January 1 to April 15 of each year.
