Sets forth actions with respect to the destruction of aircraft or aircraft facilities which shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000, or imprisonment for not more than twenty years or both.
Provides that whoever commits specified offenses against or on board an aircraft registered in a state other than the United States in violation of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Against the Safety of Civil Aviation and is afterward found in this country shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than twenty years or both. Sets forth definitions to be used in this Act.
