A bill to establish a Council on Educational Technology in the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.

Establishes a Council on Educational Technology in the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. Sets forth the authorization and duties of such Council. Authorizes the appropriation of up to $750,000 for fiscal year 1973 and each of the four succeeding fiscal years for the purposes of this Act.
