A bill to make permanent the program of research and demonstrations relating to health facilities and services.

Provides that the program of research and demonstrations under the Public Health Service Act relating to health facilities and services shall be made permanent by extending the authorization of appropriations for each fiscal year beyond the end of fiscal year 1973.
