A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain the Allen Camp unit, Pit River division, Central Valley project, California, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate, and maintain the Allen Camp unit, Pit River division, Central Valley project, California.

States that the purposes of such authorization are to: (1) provide irrigation water supplies; (2) control floods; (3) conserve and develop fish and wildlife resources; and (4) enhance outdoor recreation activities.

Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
