A bill to prevent the unauthorized manufacture and use of the character "Woodsy Owl".

Prohibits the unauthorized manufacture and use of the character "Woodsy Owl". Provides for a fine of not more than $250, and/or imprisonment for not more than six months, for violations of this Act.
