A bill to limit the amount of personal funds an individual may contribute to candidates for Federal office in connection with the campaigns of those candidates.

States that no person shall make contributions in excess of $25,000 from his personal funds to, or for the benefit of, any candidate in connection with that candidate's campaign for nomination for election, or election, to Federal office. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 608)
