A bill to amend subchapter III of chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code, relating to civil service retirement, and for other purposes.

Provides for the payment of an annuity to any Federal employee who completes 20 years of service, based on 2 1/2 percent of his average pay multiplied by the years of his total service, or 2 percent of his average pay plus $25 multiplied by his years of service, whichever is the larger amount. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 8336, 8339)
