A bill to amend the Freedom of Information Act to require that all information be made available to Congress.

Provides, under the Freedom of Information Act, that whenever either House of the Congress, or any committee thereof, or the Comptroller General of the United States, requests a Federal agency to make available information within its possession or under its control, the head of such agency shall comply as soon as possible but in no case more than thirty days from the date of such request.
