Provides, under of the Postal Revenue and Federal Salary Act of 1967, that the authority under such Act of the Commission on Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Salaries shall extend to the salaries of the Vice President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the Majority and Minority Leaders of the House and Senate.
