A bill to amend title I of the Social Security Act to increase the amount of the outside earnings permitted each year without any deductions from benefits thereunder.

Increases the amount of outside earnings permitted each year without any deductions from benefits under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) from $140 times the number of applicable months to $833.34 times the number of applicable months. (Amends 42 U.S.C. 403)
