Provides under the Railroad Retirement Act of 1937, that an individual shall be considered to have completed the minimum service required to qualify for a retirement annuity under the provisions of that Act if he or she had at any time in the past completed the minimum service required to qualify for a retirement annuity under the corresponding provisions of law in effect at that time.
