A bill to provide increases in certain annuities payable under chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code, and for other purposes.

Establishes a schedule of increases for each annuity payable from the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund (other than the annuity of a surviving child) having a commencing date prior to October 20, 1969.
