A bill to amend the act entitled "An Act granting land to the city of Albuquerque for public purposes", approved June 9, 1906.

Grants land to the city of Albuquerque for public purposes. States that no conveyance shall be made unless the city of Albuquerque has first entered into an agreement or other arrangement with the Secretary of the Interior providing assurances that such proceeds shall be used, and that lands so acquired shall thereafter be used for public parks or wilderness areas.
