A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code increasing income limitations relating to payment of disability and death pension, and dependency and indemnity compensation.

Increases payments in specified amounts to veterans under non-service connected disability pension plans.

Increases pensions payments to widows of veterans who, at the time of death, were receiving compensation or retirement pay for a service-connected disability.
