A bill to preserve the free flow of news to the public through the news media.
Free Flow of News Act - Provides that no newsman shall be compelled to give any information that would reveal confidential sources maintained by him or by any other newsman in the course of disseminating news through any news medium. Defines terms "newsman," "news medium," and "news," for purposes of this Act.
