A bill to provide for compensation when certain leases or permits for the use of public lands are terminated, and for other purposes.

Provides compensation when an area is needed for public use for leases or permits for an area of public land upon which a summer residence has been constructed or maintained. Provides that if a lessee or permittee is 65 years of age or older, the terms of the lease shall be extended for life, but not more than 25 years.
