A bill to assure the continued dedication of the United States to quality education and the neighborhood school concept.
Neighborhood School Act - Prohibits the Federal courts from having jurisdiction to make any decision, enter any judgment, or issue any order with regard to the assignment of pupils to a particular school on the basis of their race, color, religion, or nation origin.
Prohibits the withholding of Federal financial assistance by any Federal department, agency, officer or employee to achieve such student assignment.
