A bill to amend the Federal Trade Commission Act by providing for temporary injunctions or restraining orders for certain violations of that act.
Deceptive Sales Act - Declares that, whenever the Federal Trade Commission believes that there is the dissemination of any advertisement or practice that is unfair or deceptive to the consumer, the Commission may bring suit in a United States district court to enjoin such dissemination. Permits the granting of a temporary injunction or restraining order without bond.
