A bill to amend the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to extend coverage under the flood insurance program to include losses from the erosion and undermining of shorelines by waves or currents of water.

Extends coverage under the flood insurance program of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 to include losses from the erosion and undermining of shorelines by waves or currents of water which are related in cause and similar in effect to that which results directly from storms, deluges, and other forms of floodings.
