A bill to provide for extra compensations to members of the Armed Forces of the United States who have been held as prisoners of war.

Provides for additional wartime disability compensation to members of the Armed Forces of the United States, who, while on active duty, were either missing in action or held as prisoners of war for at least sixty days during the Indochina War. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 363-65)
