A bill to amend section 709 (g) (1) of title 32 of the United States Code to permit certain National Guard technicians to be absent from work on legal holidays.

Permits National Guard technicians assigned to perform operational duties at air defense sites to be absent from work on legal public holidays except to the extent that the adjutants general considers it necessary to maintain minimum crews on such holidays. (Amends 32 U.S.C. 709(g)(1))
