A bill to provide for the preservation of a flag of the United States for deceased members of the National Guard and Selected Reserve.
Provides for the presentation of a flag of the United States to the person designated to direct the disposition of the remains of a deceased member of the Ready Reserve of the Armed Forces; or to a reservist who had performed at least 20 years of service but who was not entitled to retired pay.
