A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide a deduction for amounts expended by law enforcement officers and firemen for meals which they are required to eat while on duty.

Allows a tax deduction under the Internal Revenue Code for any expenses paid by law enforcement officers and firemen for meals eaten while on duty, but only to the extent that there is no reimbursement for such expenses during the taxable year.
