A bill authorizing the acquisition of some of the outstanding leasehold interests in Water Island, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and transfer to the Government of the Virgin Islands title to such island.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to acquire some of the outstanding leasehold interests in Water Island, Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands. Transfers to the Government of the Virgin Islands title to such island. Authorizes appropriations of sums necessary for such acquisition.
