A bill to provide for payments in lieu of real property taxes, with respect to certain real property owned by the Federal Government.

Provides for the making of payments by the Federal Government, in lieu of real property taxes, to States and local governmental units.

Defines the terms used in this Act.

States that no payment shall be made on property which, if privately rather than federally owned, would yield only negligible amounts in real property taxes.
