A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to extend the time within which certain Federal-State agreements may be modified to give noncovered State and local employees under the divided retirement system procedure an additional opportunity to elect coverage.

Extends until 1975 the time within which certain Federal-State agreements may be modified to give noncovered State and local employees under the divided retirement system procedure an additional opportunity to elect coverage under title II of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance).
