A bill to amend section 252 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 to provide that the President shall impose reciprocal import restrictions whenever such action is necessary or appropriate to obtain the removal of foreign nonduty trade restrictions which are substantially curtailing U. S. exports.

Provides, under the Trade Expansion Act of 1962, that the President shall impose reciprocal import restrictions whenever such action is necessary or appropriate to obtain the removal of foreign non-duty trade restrictions which are substantially curtailing United States exports.
