A bill to provide for the establishment of a veterinary biologics facility by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and for other purposes.

Provides for the establishment by the Secretary of Agriculture of a veterinary biologics facility by the United States Department of Agriculture at Ames, Iowa. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
