A bill to authorize additional funds for the elimination of hazards of railway-highway crossings.

Authorizes appropriations of $150,000,000 for fiscal year 1974 and $225,000,000 for fiscal year 1975 in order to install protective devices to eliminate hazards at railway-highway crossings. Requires that each State report annually to the Secretary of Transportation on the progress made in implementing this program.
