A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code, to define and discourage certain criminal conduct by U.S. nationals and certain foreign nationals in Antarctica.
Antarctic Treaty Criminal Legislation Act - Provides that any national of the United States, or any foreign national who is a member of an American expedition, who commits an act or omission in Antarctica, which would be punishable if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States, shall be guilty of a like offense and subject to a like punishment. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 16)
