A bill to provide certain protection against the disclosure of information and sources of information by newspersons.
Newspersons' Information and Source Protection Act - Provides that no person shall be required to disclose before any grand jury, agency, department or commission of the United States or before either House of or committee of the Congress the source of any published or unpublished information obtained in the gathering, receiving or processing of information for any medium of communciation to the public.
