Extends the provision of coverage for entitlement to title II benefits of the Social Security Act (Old-Age, Survivors', and Disability Insurance) to individuals of Japanese ancestry who were interned in the United States during World II who at the time of internment was a resident of the United States, without regard to his or her citizenship.
