A bill to amend titles 10 and 37 of the United States Code in order to provide to members of the armed forces who were in a missing status for any period during the Vietnam conflict double credit for such period for retirement purposes and certain additional benefits and to provide such members certain medical benefits, to provide double retirement credit to Federal employees in such status during such conflict, and for other purposes.
Prisoner of War Bonus Benefits Act - Entitles members of the armed forces who were in a missing status for any period during the Vietnam conflict to double credit for such period for retirement purposes. Specifies additional pay and allowances and medical benefits to which such persons are entitled. Provides for double retirement credit to Federal employees in such status during the conflict.
